Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your new Anju jewelry! If you’re unhappy with your purchase, returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your original invoice date. Simply email email@example.com and request a RMA number. Please include your name, order number and reason for return. We will email you back with a RMA number within 24 hours. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the box when shipping your return, as this will make processing your return faster. Returns will be processed within 5-7 days of us receiving your package. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment and for the merchandise amount only.
Final sale items, gift cards and shipping charges are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
All orders ship within 2-3 days of ordering. We ship all orders using USPS standard ground shipping for a flat rate of $7.00. Expedited shipping like 2-day-shipping or overnight is available for an additional fee. We offer free ground shipping on orders over $50.
We gladly ship internationally! We use USPS to ship to addresses outside the United States. We offer free international shipping on orders over $100, otherwise shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties or other international shipping charges.
Damages or Defective Items
In the case of a damaged or defective item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item problem. We will be in contact within 24 hours to resolve the issue.
