We love speedy shipping and happy customers. Find out everything you’ll need to know below!

U.S Shipping

We offer free ground shipping for all domestic orders (U.S. only) over $50. For orders under $50 we offer USPS First Class shipping for a flat rate of $7.00. All orders ship within 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

International Shipping

We gladly ship internationally and use USPS to ship to addresses outside the U.S. We offer free international shipping on orders over $100, otherwise shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. The customer is liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges. If you are unsure of the charges, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.

Damages or Defective Items

In the case of a damaged or defective item, please email us at retail@anjujewelry.com with your order number and the item problem. We will be in contact within 48 hours to resolve the issue.

Returns and Exchanges

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your original invoice date. Simply email retail@anjujewelry.com. Please include your name, order number and reason for return. We will email you back within 48 business hours.

Please include the RMA number on the outside of the box when shipping your return or exchange, as this will make processing your return faster. Returns will be processed within 5-7 days of us receiving your package. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment and for the merchandise amount only. Final sale items, gift cards and shipping charges are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
